I have been creating, developing and maintaining database driven Websites for over ten years. I have a wide experience of working in this field. I am also a proficient OOP software developer with experience in PHP; working with MVC frameworks, including Zend, CodeIgniter and creating my own bespoke PHP/OOP systems. I have also built real time, distributed management systems in C++, and several PC games.
Open Source Technologies
I build websites using the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql & PHP). I am proficient in front-end tools including JQuery, Ajax and JavaScript, as well as support software such as PhotoShop and Dreamweaver.

My name is Martin Longstaff and I have what I believe to be an unusual mix of talents. I am a graphics designer and a software developer, and I have a wealth of experience in both fields.
I have developed many sites from simple static pages for small business to corporate project repositories and social networking sites. This encompasses developing safe, secure and bespoke product order and purchase systems, file uploading and relational database design and integration. I also write, maintain and host fully functioning forums, chat rooms and a host of specialist software tools to suite clients wants and needs.
